Planning a holiday to the Philippines? Here are the usual procedures that will show you how to book one of the holiday rental homes listed on Philippine-rentals.com.
Enter your travel destination, dates and number of guests on the main home page. This will quickly access the selection of accommodations that matches you preferences including their rates and availabilities. Be sure to review the details of properties including photos, descriptions, house rules, amenities and reviews. If you have a question or need more information about the property, you can contact the host of the accommodation by clicking Send a Message. We recommend you inquire on a few properties in case your first choice isn't available.
Create a profile
Before you can make a booking request with the host, you need to create an account or login on the Philippine-rentals website with your email address, Facebook or Google+ account. Your profile should include photos and verifications in order to book.
Once you have found a property that interests you and fits your needs, click on the Book Now button. Once you submit your booking request, the host is notified and has 24 hours to accept or decline your request. If accepted, you can make a payment by clicking the Pay button through Your Trip dashboard and your booking is confirmed. If declined or if you don’t hear back within 24 hours, your request expires and you are not charged.

Click Rent Your Space on the top right corner.
Enter the required listing information, including the your price, cancellation policy, photos, etc. Then, click List Space.
The Philippine-rentals team will verify your property and advise you once the property is approved to be listed on the Philippine-rentals website within two working days.
If approved, your listing will automatically be available for travellers to start making bookings.
